Why the Eagle and not the Vulture

Eagles don’t fly the highest; vultures do. So why don’t we aspire to be vultures? Because height has never been the measure of greatness. Even though the vulture flies higher, humans don’t admire it. We admire the eagle, not for altitude, but for vision. Eagles see farther. They choose their battles carefully. They don’t drift on random winds; they move with intention, precision, and clarity. This teaches us something powerful: Rising in life isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters. Preparation is not a moment of panic before opportunity appears. Preparation is a daily discipline, the quiet, unseen consistency that builds capacity long before the world notices. If you want to rise in the next season, you cannot simply “fly higher” in directions that add no value. You build greatness in the small, daily, disciplined routines: The habits you show up for The commitments you honor The priorities you guard The consistency you fight for And sometimes, discipline requires support. Find an accountability partner if you must. It’s not a sign of weakness, it’s a safety net, a structure that helps you stay aligned with who you’re becoming. Remember: both routes are hard. You are always choosing your hard. Sleeping lazily for an extra 30 minutes is easy now, but it becomes hard later in missed opportunities and lost momentum. Waking up on time is hard now, but it creates a life that becomes easier with purpose, progress, and confidence. You don’t become an eagle by flying the highest. You become an eagle by seeing clearly, preparing daily, and choosing the discipline that shapes your destiny. It’s not height that defines greatness, it’s vision, focus, and consistency, KEEP SHOWING UP. JT

MUGABE CONTROVERSIAL QUOTES ON RACISM

Iwan Read the speech of President Mugabe...True Story: 1. Racism will never end as long as white cars are still using black tyres. 2. Racism Will never end as long we still wash first white clothes, then other colours later. 3. Racism will never end if people still use black to symbolise bad luck and WHITE for peace! 4. Racism will never end if people still wear white clothes to weddings and black clothes to the funerals. 5. Racism will never end as long as those who don't pay their bills are blacklisted not White listed. Even when playing the pool (snooker), you haven't won until you sink the black ball, and the white ball must remain on the field. BUT I don't CARE,SO LONG AS I'M STILL USING THE WHITE TOILET PAPER TO WIPE MY BLACK A*S, I 'M STILL FINE! (Mugabe speech) LOL 😃😃😃 What do you think about this speech ?
